Screen Print on Lanyards
When you choose screen print as your customization option, we print up to four spot colors on your promotional USB flash drives, the USB accessories or the USB packagings, to brand your USB flash drives with your corporate logo and precisely match your corporate colors.
How does it work?
After you have placed your order, your account manager will send all necessary information to our production. Based on your data, our printing department prepares a screen for every spot color used in your logo or artwork.
The screen is a fine polyester mesh that is applied carefully on a wooden frame.
With a light sensitive emulsion and your data the screen turns into a stencil. This stencil is used for printing - only the parts of your logo let the ink pass through.
The printer presses the ink with a sqeegee through the mesh on the surface of the USB flash drive that is to be customized.
